The industry has long accepted standard, standard installations, standard advice, in most cases sub-standard IT strategies. When you benchmark the technological progress of hotels it is fair to say that it has retreated significantly. Progress is often recognised on the surface of harnessing the power of technology, but the reality is that it is a thinly veiled manual process overload combined with additional headcount in the back of house to give the perception of serene efficiency to the guest.

In a nutshell, we don’t do standard, we go above and beyond, we have curated a team comprising some of the most respected technology, commercial and business process experts. We are selective on who should be a PnK person, we have a mutual respect for one another, and we have a PnK promise to all of our consultants, partners and clients. So, we don’t do standard, we redefine the standards, challenge the norm and ultimately exceed expected outcomes as our standard.
